Firstly, the client needs to book a car on our website. Secondly, you will receive a confirmation message in your e-mail. Then you can pack your luggage and make your arrival at the airport. There you will be met by our friendly drivers, you will notice Arkway by our branded nameplates. Now all you have to do is to take your seat, relax and enjoy the start of your vacation!
If you order a transfer from the airport, then the waiting time is about 1 hour from the moment the plane lands. If you can’t get to the car for 1 hour, the driver can leave. For orders from the city, the waiting time is about 15 min. The waiting time is included in the price.
